I see you. I know this journey.

Hi, I’m Rebekah (but you can call me Bekah), and I’ve walked through two sides of a faith crisis. As a fearful wife who was too afraid to listen, and as a woman grappling with her own doubts, trying to find reassurance in the midst of uncertainty, I’ve felt the deep ache of a world that feels like it’s falling apart.

I remember that feeling vividly—the rug being pulled out from under me, the pit in my stomach that lingered for nearly a year. There were so many emotions, so many tears, so many prayers, and so much study. That dark night of the soul, though painful, became the catalyst for my journey into a deeper, more personal faith. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and into a space where I learned to embrace uncertainty, trust myself, and grow closer to God.

If you’re in the middle of your own faith crisis, know this: it can transform you. It’s a challenging and often painful journey, but if you allow it, it can lead you to a faith that’s stronger, more grounded in integrity, and deeply personal. Your faith may look different than it did before, but it can be more authentic, more resilient, and more aligned with the things that matter most.

I’m also the proud mother of five amazing kids, ages 10-21. I earned my bachelor’s in English in 2003, and I’m a certified life coach. When I’m not working or immersed in the hustle and bustle of family life, you can find me hiking in the mountains with a dear friend and my furry companion, Penny. Time spent with family and nature is where I recharge.

“You have a chance to rebuild with better things”

“If you feel cracks in your foundation, if your spiritual suprastructure has come crashing down, you have an opportunity to rebuild with things far better than your original construction. Think about forest fires… that burn out old growth that may be shading areas that need revitalization and [allow] for new growth to come underneath.”
